On Account (Terms)

With approved credit applications, you may order from us on an open account.  We reserve the right to refuse credit accounts for any reason.  To apply for an account with us call 888-595-2855.  Credit normally takes 2-4 weeks to get established.

Taxes

We are required to collect sales tax in the following states: Maryland and New York.

Payment Terms

We accept the following forms of payment: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards, company or personal checks, or on account (N-10 Day Terms) upon credit approval.

Shipping

Most orders ship via UPS, or other suitable small package handler. Heavier or oversized orders are shipped via common carrier.   These orders may entail additional delivery fees by the freight company.  If you have a heavy or oversized order and require additional information, please contact us for a customized shipping quote.  Shipping to residential addresses will incur extra charges.  Freight carriers charge a premium for inside deliveries.

Refunds and Returns

Returns will only be accepted on unused stock items.  We do not accept returns on customized items (items not found on our website).

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of original shipment.  Products must be in “like new” condition when returned (i.e. frames and stakes that have been put into the ground can not be returned).

A 20% restocking fee will apply for returned products.  Any refunds and/or credits due will be issued once the original item(s) have been returned, inspected, and restocked.
